Why I Should Be Principal For A Day

Why I Should Be Principal For A Day

Do you get bored of doing the same subject everyday? I can make that change with other things that make school fun.

First of all I will add more subjects that helps you learn, like science, history, reading etc. I believe we should have this because you will learn new things which will be better learning the same things over and over again. Also, there will be more things to learn that aren't the same things so you won’t be bored to death.

Secondly, the class that picks up the most rubbish, clean their class the best and doesn’t litter wins a prize at the end of term. I think we should have this because it can help the environment. Also the janitor will have to clean a lot less and it will encourage people to stop littering even more.

Lastly, I will have a fun playground made because there is only one decent one. I think we should have another because it will make students more active. It will also make people less bored of the playground that we already have and it will be fun.

So I believe you should choose me because there will more things to learn that aren’t the same thing, people will be even encouraged to pick up rubbish and there can be a fun playground.

Moment In Time

The giraffe has climbed up a tree to see the view. He is very high up, but he is being brave. He can the the ENTIRE area from the tree. The tree is dead and much taller than the others. He can see the giant tree barrier that is keeping him and his friends safe. He is thinking “Wow! This is a beautiful view, this is a view my friends can see!” He feels he is flying as high as an eagle. The giraffe is hugging the tree so he can’t fall down. He can see the lovely sky that is nice and blue. If his friends DON’T want to try the view the giraffe will be like “ Boy, my friends are missing out on something big time!” He feels like he is having the best time in the world. But the giraffe FORGOT how he was going to get down so he is stuck until someone saves him from the huge tree that he got stuck in. “Oh well, now my friends have to save me.

Instruct Fireworks

How To Be Safe With Fireworks

Today I am going to teach you how to be safe with fireworks. I will tell you what you need, to be safe with fireworks.

  • A hose or bucket of water.
  • Leave dud fireworks alone (They may explode in your face).
  • Leave unused fireworks in their packaging for safekeeping.
  • Leave all pets in a bedroom or everything closed and the TV blaring at full volume.

Now I will tell you how to be safe with the fireworks.

  1. If there are dud fireworks put them in a bucket or use a hose on them so they won’t randomly explode.
  2. Quickly run away from lit fireworks so when they explode they don’t explode on you.
  3. With sparklers have a bucket in case you get scared or they get out of control.
  4. Keep the fireworks away from flammable things.
  5. Make sure you have them in an open space.

Now that is how you are safe with fireworks.

Difficult words and meanings:

Dud: A firework that is not working properly.
Flammable: Something that can catch on fire.
Blaring: Something/someone making lots of noise or talking loud.

My Mortifying Trip Moment In Time.

Introduction:
I am just about to run a race in the Olympics 5000 meters. I am feeling nervous about this 5000 meter race! I am as nervous as an ant that’s about to be squashed!

Body/Paragraphs:
The signal for me is just about to start so I can run. The signal just happened! I am running as fast as a cheetah! I have run 3000 meters now!

OH NO!! I HAVE TRIPPED REALLY HARD!!!! I tripped someone else too! Their name is D’ Agostino. Me and D’Agostino are going to try to catch up to the super duper fast competitors. D’Agostino has sparkling sweat on her forehead.

But D’Agostino is saying “I can’t make it. My knee hurts too much.” So I’m catching up with everyone slowly. But right now D’Agostino is REALLY slowly catching up to me. D’Agostino is being a snail catching up to me but It’s because she kind of twisted her ankle in a really awkward position. She is in a lot of pain.

I CAN’T BELIEVE D’AGOSTINO IS CATCHING UP TO ME!! I’m slowing down so I can help her get to the finish line from the last 200 meters of the race, so she can finish it in not as much pain. WE FINALLY FINISHED THE EVERLASTING RACE!!

Conclusion:
Me and D’Agostino are really happy that we finished the race that took FOREVER TO FINISH!!! It took a really long lasting lousy run. The coach called an ambulance for D’Agostino. I am feeling REALLY exhausted. Me and D’Agostino don’t care that we came last at all. People understood that it was an accident so the people from the Olympics asked D’Agostino if she wanted to go to the finals, but she said no.
